OnWindowResize property (ExcelListener).

he Excel fires the "window resize" event when a workbook window changes size. The OnWindowResize property provides facilities for trapping the event. Consider the following example code.

The handler accepts two arguments because it is so dictated by the output of the signature() method. At this point any manipulation of the window's size activates the handler's code.

This event is not fired when the application's window changes size. The workbook's window within the application is the one that is connected to this event.
